You own the Contributor Content or have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit it and grant the license below; the Contributor Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person; you have obtained any consents required from individuals or property owners depicted; and the Contributor Content is accurate and not misleading.
License you grant us. By submitting Contributor Content, you grant Fencespiration a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, optimize, and distribute that content on and in connection with the Site, including crediting you as the contributor. You retain ownership of your Contributor Content. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the Site; you may request removal of your content as described in Section 11.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, edit, refuse, or remove any Contributor Content at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to upload content you do not have the right to share; post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through scraping, automated data collection, or excessive requests; or use the Site or its content for any unlawful or commercial purpose not expressly permitted by us.
